All you need to do is include a short note to let us know who purchased the item (so we can tie it up with the original order details) and we will need to know who you are and the address you would like us to send your new item. Don't forget you have until Friday 11th January 2013 to return anything purchased from 1st October 2012 - so plenty of time to get what you really want for Christmas!
Be sure to let us know how we can contact you with an email address and/or phone number just in case we need to speak to you about your return.
