Rolling Stones Set To Rock Glasto!
That's right peeps! We're sure many of you have already heard the news that has washed it's way through cyberspace like a bow wave from HMS Rolling Stones themselves, but it has of course been finally confirmed that the veterans of rock will be taking stage at the UK largest festival this year!
The band will headline the Saturday night at Glastonbury's famous location. They confirmed their appearance in a post on their official website, with Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger taking to Twitter to say he "can't wait" to play the festival as well as bring along his wellies and yurt...as you do.
So far this year is shaping up to be a pretty special...as always...event with around 135,000 tickets sold out in less than two hours! WOWZA!
There have been many reports running through the wires that drummer Charlie is not so keen on playing the event, citing that playing outdoors is very difficult for drummers due to wind conditions also claiming that the festival is 'old hat' and not really about the music. It's looking like he'll still be making an appearance however which is great news as it's clear the other members are more than excited to get back on stage at this epic event.
Get geared up and ready to rock this summer in style with our huge and ever-growing range of official Rolling Stones T-Shirts featuring some pretty special designs if we do say so ourselves.
