Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats.....

Warner Bros Animation have teamed up with Japanese animation company Studio 4°C (The people behind Batman: Gotham Knights & The Animatrix) to reboot the Thundercats series later this year.

If you don't remember the Thundercats from the first time round, it was a cheesy 80's cartoon that followed the adventures of a group of cat-like humanoid aliens and it was AWESOME. Here's pictures of the original and the revamped cast to jog your memory.

Cartoon Network are planning to show an initial 26 episodes and it marks Warner Bros. Animation's first ever anime series!

Check out the trailer and let us know what you think....

Here's what Warner Bros. Animation has to say about the revival:

New styles we're loving this week!

We're always adding shedloads of awesome new stuff to the site but here's a few of our favourites from this week....

With only 25 days to go to THE BIG DAY, we're starting to get pretty excited about the impending Royal Wedding and our new fit for a Princess, Little Miss tee is the perfect way to welcome the celebrations. With sparkly blue jewels on her golden crown, Little Miss Princess is the latest addition to the classic series of children's stories, created by Adam Hargreaves in time for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Our exclusive tee features a shot of her in all her royal glory making it perfect for any fellow princesses in waiting! Click the pic to find out more...

Ladies Little Miss Princess T-Shirt £24.99 +£1.95 P&P

This unmistakeable Kiss tee from Amplified is definitely a stand out design from their Spring Summer collection.  Featuring a cracking shot of Kiss frontman, Gene Simmons complete of course with his trademark facepaint, we think this Lick It Up tee is a future Amplified classic. Click the pic to buy.

If TruffleShuffle did cameras.........

Oh wait, we do! This is no ordinary bit of kit though. Built completely from LEGO bricks, it can’t be taken apart but bricks can be added to the top or bottom of the camera so you can dig out your old toy box and start putting those boxes of lego back into use. Perfect for us grown ups who can still smell those little plastics bricks as if we were ten years old, kids will obviously love it too making it perfect for their first foray into the world of photography. Let's be clear, this is no toy though; it’s a full functioning 3 Megapixel digital camera, featuring a color 1.5” LCD screen.  It takes high quality photos with the built-in flash, fixed focus and digital zoom and  holds up to 80 photos at a time. Prepare for the nods of approval when you get this out and start snapping away.....

Felix (on) The Cat(walk)!

That purring preener Felix The Cat definitely has an everlasting vintage appeal. Since his first steps out of the catflap way back in the 1920's, we have grown to love this silent (but stylish) tomcat! Cementing his uber cool credentials yet again, Jean Charles De Castelbajac's Spring Summer'11 collection features the silent-movie star embedded in wild, tribal prints. Way to go Felix! Check out these beauties to take you through from day to night in feline fashion (limited stocks mind folks!)...

The Super'est Auction in the World!

Stop what you're doing, pack an overnight bag, and get yourself on the next flight to the US of A...

The American Superhero Museum, based in Indianapolis,  housed around 1,000 collectables, artefacts, props and costumes from the Superman and Batman TV shows and movies from the 1950's onwards. In 2008, the museum closed without explanation and a 2010 Court Order has demanded that the memorabilia be auctioned on January 22nd, 2011.

Some of our tips for the highest bids are original Superman costumes worn by George Reeves, Christopher Reeves and Dean Cain. We've seen similar originals selling in a memorabilia shop in Las Vegas for between £25,000 and £50,000. One of Helen Slater's original Supergirl costumes is going under the hammer, as is a replica Batboat and Batmobile - brand new replica Batmobiles are currently selling for £100,000.

Superman Auction

So if you've got a few thousand quid burning a hole in your pocket, get yourself to Indianapolis, bid on something fun, and let us know what the cabin crew said when you flew home wearing an original Christopher Reeve £50,000 Superman costume. Alternatively, if you're planning on sailing the Batboat back home, we'll be your First Mate!!

For details of the other items available at the auction, click here. If you fancy a cheaper alternative, pick yourself up a TruffleShuffle Superman Costume and tell everyone it's the real deal, we promise we won't tell a soul!
