Holy sweet potato! It's really the weekend again? So soon? Well....
Hitting the roads like a speed demon, we'll be donning the cycling shoes, cycling jersey and of course trusty helmet as we make our way through the mornings hustle and bustle. We'll swiftly slip our way through the gears, peddling frantically and taking on the longest and steepest of hills, stopping only to capture our sights onto celluloid wonder. Reaching our destination with heavy breath, we find our reward of that fresh hot morning cuppa. Bliss!

You betcha! Like a proud and noble Canadian Mountie, we'll be riding our trusty steed full speed into the weekend's retro movie awesomeness! We'll be Maintiens le droit (Defending the Law) at each step of the way as we ride through far and distant lands, helping those in need as we go before stopping to breath in the celluloid wonder of the vast and majestic landscape.

Cheese and crackers! Is it really the weekend. Let's celebrate in style!
With all the finest of guests adorning some of the very classiest attire, we'll schmooze our way around the cocktail party, chatting to some of the great and good of the local area.
Heading to the bar, we'll check our pocket watch and adjust our tie before tipping the bar keep for his hard work and experience in creating our latest creation of only the finest spirits and mixers. We'll sip our drink slowly before heading to the floor to capture even more of the nights greatness like a camera capturing a movies celluloid magic.
Have a happy retro weekend!

Danteâs Inferno! the weekend starts now
So in the deepest darkest corner of a dimly lit rickety old wooden shack by the side of a book shelf full of dusty old paper backs with dog eared pages, let us be your small yet slightly imposing house spider, as we spin for you a web of mega cinematic fortitude so we can catch fat, juicy retro movie moments then we'll scurry away and bask in the celluloid wonder.
Have a happy retro weekend!

From Romance to Bromance - TruffleShuffle's Got It Covered This Valentine's!
TruffleShuffle's one stop guide to movies on the box this Valentineâs day!
So if allâs gone to plan Casanova has swept you off your feet or Prince Charming has melted your heart to a cheesy fondue like substance! You may have received acres of roses, masses of heart shaped chocolates or you were lucky your bloke remembered and made that last minute dash to the petrol station and got you something meaningful and romantic like a rose scented magic tree for your car (hey I try!)
Or maybe you donât believe in Valentine's day at all and youâll ignore everything going on around you because itâs a scam made up by corporate fat cats and big wigs to get you to waste money on rubbish thatâs going to end up in the bin anyway. Whichever category you fall in to Iâll do my best for you if youâre spending Valentine's night in alone or with your partner.
Iâll start with the two most romantic movies on tonight.
First up a film Iâve not seen (it sounds a bit slushy!) âYouâve got mailâ ITV2 7.30pm - two rivals in a bookshop business fall in love over the internet, unaware they know and dislike each other in the real world. With Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks. Itâs most likely to be like âSleepless in Seattleâ but then Iâve never seen that either (most definitely slushy!) I can however quote Joey from Friends and say âMeg Ryan getâs mail and stuffâ.
