s'NO'w Trouble at Truffle Towers!

For all our customers who have taken a break from sledging and building snowmen, to place an order with us we wanted to let you know we are still packing up all your orders as normal here at Truffle Towers but unfortunately Royal Mail are having a few problems getting some deliveries to you.

Our Snow Promise

We know that one of the many reasons our customers love us and continue to shop with us is our super speedy delivery service. We also know that sometimes our super speedy delivery service is affected by reasons out of our control however we wanted to reassure you with our Snow Promise year which means:

We promise that we will be in our offices to answer your calls and emails regardless of the weather

We promise that we will be in our warehouse to ensure your orders are dispatched on time

We promise to dispatch every order placed before 4pm whatever the weather

We promise to arrange your exchanges and refunds on the day they are received

We promise that we will ensure our TruffleShuffle service runs just the way you are used to – awesomely!

Unfortunately however, while we are able to do everything in our power to ensure we provide our service to you we have been advised that Royal Mail are having some trouble getting mail around the country and to your doors which means sadly your TruffleShuffle goodies may be a little delayed in arriving to your letterboxes.

If you selected a tracked delivery service you can track your parcel with Royal Mail to see its progress. Please feel free to call us on 01179 828884 or email us at help@truffleshuffle.co.uk and we will be here to answer any queries you have :-)

Sincere apologies for any delays in receiving your deliveries from us, we promise we are doing everything in our power to keep things running smoothly and we know Royal Mail are also doing their best to ensure you get your parcels as quickly as possible.

While you are waiting, remember to wrap up warm, stay safe and have loads of fun playing in the snow!

xoxo
